I was tasked with redesigning the acceptance packet materials for the Brown School of Public Health—including a printed folder, variable acceptance letter, and matching mailing envelope—with the goal of exciting and encouraging admitted graduate students to enroll.

Using approved imagery provided by the partner, I curated a diverse and authentic photo set that reflects the experience and environment students can expect at Brown. These images were integrated into a refreshed folder design that aligns with the School of Public Health’s brand while feeling elevated and welcoming. The folder's centerpiece is a golden hour photo spanning the front and back cover—color-corrected and enhanced to create a warm, aspirational first impression.

Working closely with the editorial team, I incorporated updated written content into the design, ensuring hierarchy and layout served both function and aesthetic. The envelope design adds an additional layer of engagement with a custom phrase intended to spark excitement before the student even opens the packet.

Mindful of production costs, we selected a satin cover stock—offering durability and a refined finish without the glare of a high-gloss treatment. The result is a polished, branded experience that balances emotional impact, practicality, and institutional pride.
